Review # 1 was written on 2016-01-26 00:00:00 Eric Laborde I have the first edition of the original book Zapotec Women by Lynn Stephen. It is well worth reading. It is an academic style book that I used in university....and unfortunately for the university never returned this borrowed book :P It is a very interesting read.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-10-02 00:00:00 Steven White I learned a lot, but this book would've been better appreciated by a sociology professor, who is not so coincidentally the person who gave me this book. It was an interesting and intellectually nourishing study and a surprisingly approachable read.
