He summarizes information (very well) from Philosophy (Kant, Hegel, Fodor), Psychology (PIaget, Freud) and Neuroscience (Hubel, Wiesel, Edelman). He finds lots of connections between the information from these fields. He gives some implications for education, therapy, and research. I got a lot out of this book. My copy was previously owned by William H. Johns, who was at the Menninger Clinic in Topeka. |
