Review # 1 was written on 2011-01-24 00:00:00 Ralph Briscoe Dated and extremely dry. Disappointing, as two of the three compensation books for the CEBS coursework were engaging and occasionally entertaining.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-02-06 00:00:00 Rene Martinez Dry and poorly edited. I read this for the last of three compensation courses toward a CEBS designation, and the other two books on HR and general comp were engaging and thought provoking. Thrilled to be done with this one.
