Review # 1 was written on 2015-02-07 00:00:00 Nick Smith Only thing this is missing are women's daggers, which I'm sure existed. This is a book of two parts, daggers in the first part with swords and spears in the second. I'm still not certain where shortswords and long daggers divide but otherwise this is a comprehensive index to blades of all sort from many countries with comprehensive illustration but a little too much "it appears" to give it the full 5 stars, that and the missing women.
