Review # 1 was written on 2019-10-19 00:00:00 Bryan L Mon Has a really good section on how to prevent burnout in staff as a manager--lots of great management advice in general on how to relate effectively to employees, motivating them, etc.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-02-04 00:00:00 Amelie Gamet Thoroughly defines burnout and how it relates to librarians. Unfortunately, only a small portion of the book talks about combating burnout. It is comforting to know that I'm not alone!
