| Review # 1 was written on 2010-01-06 00:00:00 Tara Vogdes Kelly is letting me borrow this. Great Bridge mentions a coal mine accident in late 1800's Avondale, PA.... I don't know of any mining in Avondale, West Grove, or other areas - just quarries. Either way McCullough says the accident got National attention. Read about some coal, but no mention of mines or accidents. My question, are the mine shafts still there? |
