This book I musta gotten when I was 5. Probably read it but why not it's alot of fun for a kids book. What sets this apart is that the Author of this book signed it to me at probably December 1980 or something for Christmas as it says something like Happy Christmas Lee signed Anita Gustafson. odds are it was when we were in Monroe WI and it coulda been anywhere from there to Madison.. I'm not sure how much this book would go for Signed let alone a personal one but I don't much care one way or the other. Just curious.

You will grow stronger and happier through the strength of promises kept. Be tolerant of those whose ways are different from your own. I havent read much Native American folklore, so the stories involving dismemberment were quite odd to me....in one of them coyote takes himself apart piece by piece to free himself from a tight situation. In another, The Warring Hands, his hands wont stop fighting with eachother which prevents coyote from eating.....
