still one of the best primers on elicitation techniques out there. My go to reference book when ever I want to look something up or I have questions on a technique.

Practical and to the point. Lots of actionable materials that can be adapted to your business. It has not lost any of its relevance despite being already more than 20 years old. I was sometimes a bit put off by the pseudo-cool words (internet = "the 'net", etc.) until I remembered that this book is from 1999, when it the internet was still something new to me.
