Review # 1 was written on 2013-10-06 00:00:00 Ian Causton Read this while I was in Egypt and finished it off as I flew back to London. He travelled and worked hard to meet people to see if the old Egypt was still alive in a new, modern Egypt. He finds connections the magical, child bearing, old religious beliefs, etc. A wonderful read if you want to see a culture bring its past into its present.
