The book features natural home treatments and beauty products that are organic, safe, and non-animal tested brands. There are chapters for healthy and beautiful hair, complexion, posture and walk, voice, personal fragrance, and much more. Each main chapter has a section especially for men. This book is a guide to personal beauty. Beauty is highly individual and shines from within: It cannot be limited in anyway to exclude an ethnic or racial group. Beauty cannot be based on scientific data or opinion about size, weight, facial features, or political/idealistic groups. I got the rights back for my book and republished this version because of this heart-felt philosophy.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-07-31 00:00:00 Daryl Cliff Nothing beats a home made remedy picked from the arms of nature. Wonderful old era beauty secrets nicely explained. I loved how the chapters were written and each beginning by a marvelous piece of poetry or saying. Beauty is an art indeed, I believe we shouldn't ravage it with modern chemical-loaded solutions.
