It changed the way I view what I eat and has changed it for my family as well. Dr.Russell provides a comparison between what the bible has to say about what we eat and what we know medically. The author uses Biblical references and scientific studies to support his premise that we would all be healthier if we followed the Bible's guidelines on eating: Eat the food God told us to eat. Eat food as it was create before man corrupted it. Don't make food an idol. (addiction)
