Review # 1 was written on 2019-10-08 00:00:00 Darren Robson هرچند به نظرم حجم کتاب کمی غیر متعارف زیاده اما کتاب رو همراه کتاب سازه در معماری و سازه به مثابه ی معماری جزو سه کتابی می دونم که شاید باید هر معماری در زمینه ی سازه بخونه. این کتاب نسبت به دو کتاب دیگه این مزیت رو داره که پر از محسابات سرانگشتی و تخمین های سازه ای هست. کتاب تلاش میکنه پیچیدگی های عددی رو مفهوم سازی کنه و کمک کنه حس بشن. در مجموع اون چند بخشی رو که من خونده بودم خوب بودن :) باقی اش رو نمیدونم

Review # 2 was written on 2019-02-09 00:00:00 Dustin Jackson Some textbooks are known as classics, because they are authoritative on the subject at hand. For example, Landau and Lifshitz. Others are known as introductory, because they're certainly far from authoritative, but they are great for the novice. For example, Griffiths (either E&M or Quantum). This textbook is neither. Instead, it settles for mediocrity, as it lacks sufficient scope to be authoritative, while simultaneously lacking the simplicity to be introductory. Do not recommend.
