Review # 2 was written on 2016-03-05 00:00:00 Chris Romanoski This is a great text. It is filled with case studies, not only in that section but peppered throughout the text. Each chapter tackles a range of topics and explains things in a way that allows the reader to be able to apply the knowledge and techniques to real world situations. In the case study section, every case provided background for the company and the issues it faced. I felt the text was very comprehensive and easy to follow. A good number of questions at the end of each chapter stimulated critical thinking.
