Review # 1 was written on 2018-06-21 00:00:00 William Ohara This was a textbook, sort of, for a class of mine in law school called "Remedies for Wartime Confiscation." We focused mainly on Holocaust survivors' legal battles to reclaim the property confiscated by the Nazis during WWII, but talked about other wartime issues, as well. Anyway, I didn't actually read this the entire way through, but I did read chapters here and there and the stories of the different cases are incredible. I think it is an interesting read, but maybe a little heavy on the legal side for the average reader. |
Review # 2 was written on 2020-01-23 00:00:00 Andrew Atchie only found "Education after Auschwitz", hope to read the rest. |
