Review # 1 was written on 2015-06-06 00:00:00 Joshua Humphrey Beautiful "coffee table" book that I read cover to cover. Not that I'll ever have the patience to make the recipes but in order to appreciate the artistry that goes into them. Lovely photo's and complete instructions make this a fascinating look at pastry-making.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-02-03 00:00:00 Chris Christian This is a beautiful, practical cookbook. As someone without much of a sweet tooth who loves baking, I was so excited to find this cookbook. There are at least fifteen recipes here that I look forward to making, and I was pleasantly surprised at how not meat-centric the focus is. A delightful surprise.
