Review # 2 was written on 2014-05-13 00:00:00 Benjamin Curtis Having grown up far more interested in filmmaking through high school, poetry wasn't high on the list of things to do. I recently happened upon this book and committed to finishing it during spring cleaning. This book shed light on how writers of a different time were able to express ideas in short, entertaining, emotional, exciting ways through but words. Taking inspiration from these three poets in writing for film, it offers a new perspective and set of tools to draw from when needing to communicate through my own work with today's limited attentions.
