Review # 1 was written on 2011-07-19 00:00:00 Chris Held I'm still sceptical about some of the ideas in this book, but it's by far the best that I've read on holistic health, and a very exhaustive survey of different approaches to health, disease and healing across the world and in different eras, and how they might be incorporated with each other.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-08-04 00:00:00 Rocco Constantino Wow, this book was a total gift. I really appreciate Ballentine's integrative and comprehensive approach to the broad topics of health and wellness. This book is like a bible to me.
