Review # 1 was written on 2015-12-12 00:00:00 Deidre Ashton A somewhat obscure but very fascinating look backwards into history. Eugenics clearly hadn't fallen out of fashion when this was written (for one very obvious reason), and it's interesting to see public policy recommendations framed from a eugenic perspective so matter-of-factly.
