Review # 1 was written on 2017-10-08 00:00:00 Surinder Rakhra This book doesn't do well in providing you with the big picture of the house - that is to say, an overall view. But it is excellent in explaining what it was like to live in the Maison de Verre, and shows all the small details that would be otherwise overlooked through beautiful photographs. |
Review # 2 was written on 2020-05-15 00:00:00 Brian Roland This is one of the best books I have read about 9-11. It felt like closure for me too. I highly recommend it. That Tuesday in September is a day we all remember where we were and what we were doing I now have an insight into what some of the people who lived it, the sights sounds and smells were experiencing. Very powerful book. |
