Review # 2 was written on 2020-06-18 00:00:00 Javier Trevino I read this book because I am on a journey to find different techniques for self-discovery. I loved the explanations of the Watchword exercise, but without having someone to be there to walk me through it and help interpret it, I was left with more questions than answers. Perhaps that's part of the process of self-discovery, but I just feel I'm still trying to figure out the validity of the exercise and what to do next.
