Review # 1 was written on 2019-09-05 00:00:00 Robert Alexander I was juggling this, a collection of his poetry, and a volume of his letters to Neal Cassady all during fall 1991 during my sophomore year of college. I was an English major, but it wasn't for class, just pleasure reading. I got kind of obsessed with the Beats and read a lot of their stuff in my teens and early 20s.
