Review # 1 was written on 2020-04-15 00:00:00 Dane Dicke I have read this several times I think, but not for over twenty years. I still really liked it, although I think my favourite part of the book was the portion set in the past. The love story between Prince Mael and Gavra was charming and a nice counterpoint to the tragic story of Gweniver and Ricyn and Dannyn. Of course Nevyn is my favourite character. When I was younger I found the story of Jill and Rhodry more interesting. Now I find them a bit tedious, although I think they become more interesting as the story progresses.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-04-27 00:00:00 Sarah Bud Just as entertaining a tale as the first book, but I had to knock off a star for the blatant homophobia. Sigh.
