Review # 2 was written on 2012-09-13 00:00:00 Joseph Leveque Richard Brightly, church reader and accountant, is a regular visitor to the elderly Mrs Parminster, and to a young mother with a disabled son. But problems arise in his business life, and in paying the penalty he discovers who his real friends are. Quite moving in places, enjoyable.
