Review # 1 was written on 2011-01-17 00:00:00 Thilo Hensel I've never read a comic version of a Harlequin before but as it's a free read on Kindle I thought I'd give it a try. This format takes some getting used to and would be better to finish in one reading - which on this occasion I didn't do. I found the story quite dark, primarily because there isn't the space to develop the emotional/romance journey travelled by the hero and heroine. I haven't read Princess of Convenience in paperback, and truthfully, this particular version of the story doesn't entice me to want to. It's no small feat to summarise the whole book into a comic version, and I have respect for those who work on doing this. I will check out more titles via Kindle to see how they compare - watch this space! ; ) |
Review # 2 was written on 2019-07-26 00:00:00 Henry Jennings It was a great story of two people who lost loved ones. Who got together for duty and in the end found each other for love. Ow and hes a prince and shes a great woman. Better than some other royal stories I read. Loved it! |
