Review # 1 was written on 2018-05-01 00:00:00 Hjbhjbhbb Vgjgjg 4.5 stars This book was pretty engrossing for me and made me smile which I count as a big positive. The heroine is stranded in a storm and knocks on the hero's door. She intends to leave the next day but she didn't count on his adorable yet naughty four-year old daughter. The hero really comes across as very uptight at first, he is super rich and successful and a lot of people depend on him but he is also very lonely and over-worked. Our heroine has been making her way across the country for a year, to grow a tough skin, she has a habit of taking in broken birds that leave her shattered in the end. The only time the heroine sees vulnerability in the hero is when he night-walks which scares the hell out of her at first because no matter where she sleeps he finds her; creepy yet he is sweet with her. I loved how the heroine put the spark back in his life which he had forgotten assuming all responsibility for his family at 14. She does try her level best not to fall for him but fails. I found these two adorable and his daughter too.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-06-21 00:00:00 Vincent Vanburik I enjoyed this book and would reread it so gave it a five star rating. When your caught in a storm with lightening coming down all around you any port in the storm is welcome. Expect the surly man that lets you in and gives you a room could be a problem when he shows up later sleep walking. Love how the characters come across as real people and work to solve the problems that happen. A free spirit lady and a man with too much on his plate including a imaginative child. A fun read.
