"Flight of Discovery" is the story of Bliss and Quinn. In a sequel to "Without Knowing Why", the heroine's sister decides to visit Peru for her own adventure. Recently recovering from a nasty bout of pneumonia, she is still insistent on enjoying her vacation, until she realizes her brother in law has appointed his friend as her "babysitter". They get off on the wrong note, argue incessantly, banter back and forth, fall in love, truths are uncovered and the book ends in a HEA with a long drawn confession. Ive realized JS uses the same formula for most of her old school romances with the oblivious heroine/ smitten hero/ foreign travel/ lie trope- and I love it as these can easily become my comfort reads- as I know what to expect from them! Enjoyed it! Safe 3.5/5

4 1/2 Stars! ~ This is the very first book I've read written by Ms. Steele, and it will most definitely not be my last! What a wonderful lovestory! Bliss is a young woman determined to show her family that she's fully recovered from a very serious bout of pneumonia, and she's pooled all her resources to go on a trip of her dreams to Peru. When her Peruvian brother-in-law asks his friend to check up on her, her holiday suddenly becomes much more than she ever dreamed. I love how Ms. Steele gives us a hero that we can easily see is quite smitten with Bliss, but (pun intended) Bliss is blissfully unaware! I'm so looking forward to reading more from Ms. Steele.
