Review # 1 was written on 2013-08-14 00:00:00 Jaime Amaya Eh, I wasn't too impressed with this book. That being said, it wasn't bad, either. One of the nice things about the Elsvier series is that they are pretty good about integrating information and incorporating nursing-oriented focus, so you can get it all put together. NOT a great reference, book, though, at all. So don't buy if you want nursing diagnosis references or drugs, because there really isn't much in here. |
Review # 2 was written on 2017-01-19 00:00:00 John Chalupnik We didn’t read this in a linear way for my psych class, so I can’t speak to its organization. I will say that it was user friendly, easy to search, and didn’t go so far in depth it was over my head. Mental and behavioral health nursing isn’t my thing, but for a class where our professor largely relied on us to teach ourselves, this was the perfect textbook. I’m sure it’ll be a go-to as I prepare for the NCLEX. |
