Review # 2 was written on 2008-02-21 00:00:00 Thomas Jennert This is a VERY helpful book for someone like myself, who wants to go into teaching, and yet classroom discipline is my greatest fear. This book gives much to think about, and increases understanding (which always decreases fear) of some of the psychology between teachers and students. I am finally finding answers to some of the dilemmas I have faced as a substitute or instructor's aide, and it will be even more applicable when I become a teacher.
