Review # 1 was written on 2008-02-19 00:00:00 DAVID POLIVY The practice problems are somewhat helpful. The practice problems cite a lot of cases so you can’t really study with just this book and the commercial statutes books for studying.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-07-04 00:00:00 Lonnie Saenz I am using this textbook, as a text in my Business Law Class. I am actually re-reading it in preparation for teaching the material again. I enjoy that this publisher provides a test bank, PowerPoint material, and chapter lecture notes for instructors who are using this material to teach. I enjoy that the text prvides an overview of Business Law, which includes about three chapters that cover the specifics of law, and describes terms in great detail, that is not necessarily specific to Business. I have also read the eighth edition fo this text as well.
