The explanation is simple - love your mate as outlined in the Bible. If you read this book, and take to heed the scriptures contained within, you can save your marriage alone. Not in that situation? Read the book anyway - your life will be enriched and your relationship with your spouse and children will be stronger. You don't have to be what is commonly called "a Bible thumper" to gain knowledge and insight from this book. All you need is an open mind, faith, and patience. Highly recommended!

There are plenty of other great and valuable books written, but this one cuts straight to the point with specific 'how to's' to hopefully begin healing.
