Review # 1 was written on 2019-12-03 00:00:00 Don Parker Very carefully and clearly written, and backed by a huge amount of evidence, Romano makes the case that state corporate law is in a race to the top for quality, with states competing with each other to provide the corporate codes that are most efficient abd attractive to investors. This book has been highly influential, although it may be a little dated now.

Review # 2 was written on 2019-10-24 00:00:00 Duann Bambi Folk Interesting unknown facts about places all over Ohio? Who knew there was a 1920's monument to a pig right by the Towne Mall? Now I have to go check it out! Surprised Big Butter Jesus wasn't in this one.
