Review # 1 was written on 2008-01-24 00:00:00 Linda L Vaughey This book was assigned reading for a graduate course in middle school curriculum. I didn't read the whole thing (only the assigned chapters) but what I read was fairly helpful. Published 18 years ago, some parts are rather outdated'especially the chapter on technology. The only information was pretty good, but by now there are a lot of books that are probably just as good or better.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-11-02 00:00:00 Amber Brookins This book was for a class I took this fall, and although it contained good information, it was quite dated. It is not one I will keep for my teacher toolbox.
