Review # 1 was written on 2011-01-02 00:00:00 Nigel Rabbetts An excellent book. The idea is interesting and, to me, persuasive. There are some omissions that I find worrisome (particularly a formal definition of Restrict and a more fleshed-out account of the semantics of adjunction). However, the overall program is in many ways persuasive, and worth arguing about.
