Review # 1 was written on 2018-06-03 00:00:00 Anders Persson A labor of love and benevolent gift from Bob H-K. Although it embodies a large portion of Adorno's work in English while in the US and is replete with implications, I have to say that this is one for only the most wide-eyed and dedicated Adorno aficionados (so, me at least).

Review # 2 was written on 2010-05-15 00:00:00 Michael Grant Best line - one must be destitute to be a philosopher. The sense of desperation puts all the inessential questions to the wayside...but, as I found in my times being poor, it always turned me into a communist. One always gravitates towards, no, obsesses about what one lacks! Power, money, sustenence..which creates a sense that one has fallen out of capitalist times where all is provided at one with the middle class pie in the sky.
