It's got everything you need to know if you're planning on running your own school. From how to hire staff, selection process, administrative task, how to develop your curriculum, your teachers, keep facilities, do your marketing, and even keep financial records. Quite handy I guess if you're diving in that area. I skipped part three which was about financial records, since this is something I'm not going into, but seemed a rather complete book for ELT management. At least, a good base to start with.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-07-21 00:00:00 Alexander Beasonford Good book! Very clear and rich in practical examples. It recommends activities that can be greatly adapted for your classes.
