Review # 1 was written on 2009-07-30 00:00:00 Kevin Jones i already think ron burt is brilliant for understanding the value of the interstices between subentities in a larger structure. what sealed the deal here was that burt used an epigram from the tao te ching and cited it from ursula le guin's left hand of darkness.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-02-04 00:00:00 Demetre Kirizopoulos An interesting book, with evidence backing up good and useful ideas about the way communication in a variety of settings tends to be structured. It would be much better and more approachable if it weren't written in thick, academic language.
