Review # 1 was written on 2017-07-21 00:00:00 Cory Heesch A great starter book. It just touches upon a lot of different areas of real estate investing, but doesn't go into depth enough. Its great for someone thinking about real estate. Its a great reference book, but don't do what i did, which was try to read it cover to cover. That is why this book was a 10 year project even though it was 150 pages. Some good tips in the end about development. That was the best part of the book. Too bad it was at the end.

Review # 2 was written on 2012-12-05 00:00:00 Kevin Wiswniewski Interesting book although some of it went over my head. I have a cursory knowledge of investing and it was certainly needed to understand this book. Parts of it were confusing and you definitely needed to pay close attention throughout parts of it. However, don't let this deter you from reading! The stories are fascinating to say the least, especially if you have an interest in finance.
