Review # 1 was written on 2019-12-07 00:00:00 Nigel Rabbetts Good points condescendingly presented. I listened to this on audiobook and struggled to get past the exceptionally cheesy presentation of the material. It reminded me of those awful annual web training courses that big companies make you take… lowest common denominator "education". I'm sure Gerard knows his stuff (his advertising arrogantly claims he's the father of the topic!), but this is not a great format or portrayal to take it all seriously.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-04-12 00:00:00 Mark Norris Nierenberg explains his unique thoughts on negotiation in this quick guide. Essentially, his idea is that negotiation should be both parties working to fulfill each other's needs, instead of the common assumption that negotiation should be taking as much as you can from the other person. It is definitely an interesting theory, and it's applications go far beyond business.
