Review # 1 was written on 2020-03-12 00:00:00 David Granatell �Grandpa�s Song� is a story about this Grandpa�s grand-children who tells stories about how much he loves to sing and make jungles, to almost everything he does. He has this great big voice that could knock tings from walls and shelves down. Slowly he starts to forget about things, until his grandchildren remind him of what he loves more than anything; to sing. I like this book because of the family and how they support and help each other. I would use this book with children in the age of 9-10 year old, because it is a lot of text, and many of the children may have some of the same experiences, that old people in their family gets older and starts forgetting about stuff. This is good to talk about and share with each other, maybe in smaller groups.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-07-22 00:00:00 Oleg Feygin Grandpa's Song was about a big round grandpa who loved to sing every loud for his grandchildren. Everyone knew to take cover when grandpa was going to sing because he could make the pictures on the wall go crooked. Grandpa would take his grandchildren down to the ice cream shop and would sing "I sing, you sing, we all scream for ice cream!" One day grandpa sang the best song of all for his grandchildren; they loved it. Grandpa's mind was getting fuzzy and he was finding himself forgetting stuff. On grandpa's birthday his grandchildren surprised him and sang to him his best song. This was a very fun and colorfully illustrated book that would be a great book to have in my future classroom library.
