Review # 1 was written on 2010-04-08 00:00:00 Wayne Yamaguchi This is a well written book one that is written for the layperson in psychology and not for the expert or the serious student. I find an abundance of information and useful suggestions packed in this book. It is an enjoyable read and a profitable read for most of us. J. Review # 2 was written on 2012-05-27 00:00:00 Gangnerau Matthieu This was a really informative and engaging book. I really enjoyed reading it. In fact, I could hardly put it down. The self-help exercises were the best, and my least favourite parts had to do with meditation (a tat boring), but overall it was good and if I had the time, I'd read it all over again. For now, though, I'll be content to read over the sections that I need most. |
