Review # 2 was written on 2007-10-19 00:00:00 Daniel Urban The book give comprehensive and clear way of describing the different models of the PMO. It explains the different implementation methods and how it might be tailored the organization needs. The book does not add much for professional and experienced project managers. Especially those who already studied the PMI or Prince II standards.
