Review # 1 was written on 2009-07-13 00:00:00 Luigi Fagioli This is one of those mind stretching books. I definitely had to add a few wrinkles of little grey cells to get through this one.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-08-18 00:00:00 Patrick Reed The most comprehensive coffee science book there is. It reads like a dissertation, had to look up a lot of science terms. I hope they will come out with a third edition!
