Review # 1 was written on 2013-01-15 00:00:00 Bohmler Gaetan This is a very nice historical overview of the various cosmological arguments, especially in its treatment of versions or proponents that typically get ignored (e.g., the various Muslim and Jewish philosophers of the Middle Ages as well as Scotus and Spinoza). If you want to gain an understanding of the different types of cosmological arguments, and how differing versions are impervious to different sorts of challenges (which often get blended together and confused in contemporary treatments), this is a great place to start.
