Kind of a silly plot that thinks too highly of itself, but all in all a solid book for people with a solid Spanish foundation who want to further their vocabulary and start reading more literature.

I give it a 5-star rating not because it's a classic. It's an enjoyable read, but I give it 5-stars because of what it is as a whole: an accessible, non-children's book in Spanish that I can actually read without having to spend a lot of time translating. (I had tried a few other books, but they were a bit beyond my current ability level.) This makes me want to read more books in Spanish! I really appreciate that there's something out there for those who aren't yet completely fluent! With the glossary in the back to refer to occasionally (which is especially nice for someone like me that likes to read during commute without having to bring along a dictionary), it's perfect for building and improving Spanish comprehension and correct grammar. Gracias, Senior Munoz!
