Review # 2 was written on 2016-12-21 00:00:00 Steven Munford Full of laughs and holiday cheer, The Simpsons: Homer for the Holidays is a delightfully festive comic collection from Matt Groening. Featuring several Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year's stories, along with Anger Dad shorts, the book is jam packed. Also included are mock Christmas cards, Comic Book Guy's alternative Christmas carol lyrics, and ads for various characters' holiday TV specials. The comedy is lighthearted and does a good job at poking fun at various holiday traditions without being offensive. And the artwork is really good, and includes several Futurama Easter eggs. The Simpsons: Homer for the Holidays is an incredibly funny and entertaining book that fans are sure to enjoy.
