Review # 1 was written on 2016-09-05 00:00:00 Katherine Tolnai Only a few people will ever need the information in this book, but if you are one of those people (as I am), you can be very grateful that William Kaplin has written this book. I am an administrator at a small college that does not have an in-house attorney. I consult this book at least once a week, and am quite sure that it has kept me out of the courtroom on more than one occasion.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-08-13 00:00:00 George Lin Its a law book, written in law style. Its sometimes hard to keep track of items since they run through different topics. I would have organized it differently but very interesting to read about law and higher education
