Review # 1 was written on 2013-09-08 00:00:00 Ernst Anderson I don't remember this book terribly well, but I will always remember the line, "Don't be saddish, have a radish!" Because that line has stuck with me for 20+ years I assume this was one of my favorite books as a kid, hence the 5 star rating.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-08-18 00:00:00 Shane Flood This used to be my most favorite book to get out of the library in elementary school! I wish it was still in print so I wouldn't have to pay $50+ for it now! It was the sweetest story that always made my mom and I cry, about a cute little old man grandfather who takes care of his little grand-daughter, pushing her in a stroller, etc... and then she grows up to help him, pushing him in a wheel chair! Even now, I tear up thinking about it!
