Definitely Put A Song In My Heart Elle Ransom the youngest of the Ransom children. She's been in love with the handsome millionaire Brennan Cunningham for two years or longer. After dating for a short while Elle is hopeful that they will stay together. Brennan walks out on her in the middle of the night and stays gone for two months with no word at all. During this time she finds out she is pregnant. Out of the blue he returns as if nothing happened and expects Elle to just fall back into his arms. Once he finds out she is expecting his baby he tells her they are going to get married. He tells her he doesn't love her but he'll be good to her and she never want for anything. As they are getting ready to get married, his ex-girlfriend Charis returns stating that she and Brennan have child together. Brennan still wants to marry Elle, so they elope. Charis and his mother try everything possible to break up this marriage. The couple endure a miscarriage, a separation, and Elle having a fall. Brennan finally admitts to himself, his friend Malcolm, and Elle that he is in love her. You have to read it to beleive the many twist and turns throughout this novel. Jacquelin Thomas has done it again, a great book.

Made my heart sing Elle gives you a sense of hope as she ventures into a marriage with the man she loves to form a marriage that's more like a business deal. Elle was way too passive for me, and Brennan, his momma and his baby momma would've gotten told and understood totally what that meant from the beginning! But hey at least he finally opened his heart up. Love is so good! This is the 3rd book by Jacquelin Thomas, that I've read. I didn't realize that The Ransom family was a series. It was a nice read not what I anticipated from the author, I'm guessing she just started doing books with a deeper focus on God.
