This was probably the first book I ever read, and enjoyed, without pictures 😂😂😂😂😂 I read it over and over and over as a 9 year old, I reread it once as a teenager for nostalgia, but have not read it since (time to get my hands on a copy and reread it again!) because I could never find it. (pretty sure the one I read was titled "the problem with love" lol bit of a heavy title for a kids book 😂). super fun, super silly, highly recommend for all humans 😂😂😂😂😁 (my child memories has the book as super serious and dramatic, but my teenage memories tell me it's funny and silly *shrug*)

I don't usually like romance books, but I do think this was interesting. If your really smart and care only about school, can you still like to dress up and go on dates? Obviously the answer is yes but I think Stephs journey is am interesting one. Plus I really liked her mom's speech at the end
