Review # 1 was written on 2017-02-16 00:00:00 Frank Garland It serves well as a brief introduction to the ideas of Buddhism. A short book with inspirational photos throughout to set the mood. The author has an easy to read and clear and style of writing.

Review # 2 was written on 2008-11-03 00:00:00 Abdul Bari Even though the cover says that this book is suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners, I would say that this book is more geared towards the beginers/seekers. The material in the book is very basic, and presented in a simplified manner. I would definately recommend this book to anyone seeking an elementary understanding of psychic self defense.
